So here is a way to be more efficient and hopefully keep your CPU happy and more instances running. The big problem I was running into was that I couldn't start the game on lower settings, and on high settings I couldn't run multi-instances since even my good CPU would hit unhealthy highs (it worked but I DO NOT suggest this).
